How to sign up

1. Check availability at your address

   Visit Cox's official site and enter your address to see which plans and equipment are available in your area.

2. Compare plans and pricing

   Review the channel tiers and current promotional pricing, and decide whether you need any premium or sports add-ons.

3. Schedule installation or activation

   Depending on the service, you'll either book a technician visit or receive self-install equipment by mail.

4. Create your account

   You'll set an account username/email and password during checkout — this is what you'll use to sign in later.

How to sign in

Once your account is active, you can sign in from Cox's website or app using the email/username and password you created at sign-up. Use the button above to go directly to the official sign-in page — this site never asks for or stores your account credentials.

Channel lineup

Cox Contour TV plans scale from essential channels up to full entertainment packages, with sports and premium tiers available as add-ons.

Remote setup

Most Cox remotes are pre-paired with your receiver. If you're using a universal remote, you'll enter a device-specific code to control your TV alongside the Cox guide.

Troubleshooting common issues

• No signal / pictureCheck that all cables are firmly connected and, for satellite services, that nothing is blocking the dish's view of the sky.
• Remote not respondingReplace the batteries first, then re-pair or re-enter your device code following Cox's remote setup guide.
